Case 1
60 M. Ulcer-forming tumor-like lesion in the papilla. Extension along ductus choledochus. Whipple-procedure. Specimen from an area where there is a tumorous growth in pancreas.

40 F. Patient with severe malnourishment. In colonoscopy, a tumorous lesion in the right colon and rectum. Several large polyps detected both next to the tumorous areas and very large one (10 cm in diamteter) in rectum. Specimens from the tumour and from one of the polyps.

Case 3
57 F. In gastroscopy, a thickened area, suspicious of a neoplasia, detected in the antrum. In biopsies, however, no malignancy was detected. Subtotal gastrectomy and cholecystectomy were performed. Specimens from the antral area of the stomach.

60 F. Cystic lesion in the pancreas. Followed for 15 years. Expansion of the lesion seen lately. This leads to resection of the corpus area of the pancreas. Specimen from the cystic tumorous lesion.
